Executive Team
Tim Sheehan
Tim Sheehan has been with SSKB since May 2000, initially working with developers to structure new projects and since 2004 as a Director.
He holds Bachelor Degrees in Law and Commerce as well as a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management. Prior to joining SSKB, Tim spent 5 years as a Solicitor practicing in the areas of strata development, management rights and body corporate law. During this time, he was a regular contributor to industry journals and is a past President of Strata Communities Australia (QLD).
Tim’s vision for SSKB is to build a team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of lot owners. Having assisted so many different interest groups involved with community living, he is ideally placed to work with the clients of SSKB, advising them in all facets of our industry.
Paul Wood
Paul has more than 15 years industry experience including community management, management rights, and development. He joined SSKB in 2000 as a Body Corporate Manager with a large portfolio of prestigious Brisbane buildings. Due to Paul’s accounting background (Bachelor of Business Majoring in Accounting) he was appointed as the Group Financial Officer in 2004. He then opened the Victorian Office as well as establishing a large management rights operation. Paul also holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.
In 2007 Paul was appointed as a Director of SSKB. Prior to his appointment with SSKB, Paul held the position of Company Accountant for a developer, gained valuable experience working for an international chartered accounting firm, as well as owning and operating management rights for over 3 years. Paul’s experience has allowed him to work closely with developers and lots owners ensuring the delivery of successful projects and communities.
Daniel Herbert
Daniel joined SSKB as CEO in 2017 bringing with him a wealth of leadership and corporate experience.
Prior to SSKB, Daniel held several positions with the Queensland Rugby Union including Head of Strategy, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive General Manager. Prior to his corporate career, Daniel was an international athlete and has transferred this high-performance ethos to the workplace. Daniel places an unrelenting focus on understanding and delivering on the needs of clients.
Ian Aldred
Ian Aldred, Chief Operations Officer, has been a Strata Manager since 1997 in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. A General Manager, business auditor and staff mentor, Ian has built successful and efficient operating systems which are client focused for a continuity of service delivery. His accounting background and empathetic approach to owners and committees assists in the development of long business relationships for committees and their Community Managers. Ian is always on hand to offer advice and documentation review to ensure SSKB gets it right the first time.
Ian Aldred
Ian Aldred, SSKB Victoria General Manager, has been a Strata Manager since 1997 in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. A General Manager, business auditor and staff mentor, Ian has built successful and efficient operating systems which are client focused for a continuity of service delivery. His accounting background and empathetic approach to owners and committees assists in the development of long business relationships for committees and their Community Managers. Keran Mann
Keran Mann is an experienced financial professional with significant knowledge in international trade, import, export, and foreign currency. Skilled in financial reporting, treasury management, accounting, and leadership. Keran is flexible, approachable, adaptable and open to new ideas and concepts. Keran is a passionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Ross Hardcastle
Ross Hardcastle, Head of Strategy and Innovation has worked in Property and Finance since 1993. Ross has vast experience in senior management positions. Ross provides strategic and operational direction through special project management to ensure the ongoing future growth of SSKB (and its subsidiary services) to solidify itself as an industry leader and disrupter in Strata Management and services in SSKB Group’s subsidiary businesses, Star BMS and Silver Asset Services.
General Managers
Jess Beckett
Jessica has been with SSKB since 2013 and manages some of Brisbane’s most complex schemes. Jessica’s diversified portfolio has led to her being knowledgeable in all areas of body corporate management, including the management of BMS and layered schemes. It is Jessica’s goal to provide personable and effective service as a Body Corporate Manager and her passion remains true to SSKB’s mission statement, “To make a positive difference in the lives of lot owners.”
Brendan Edwards
Brendan Edwards has been with SSKB since July 2009 and the General Manager of the Sunshine Coast branch for the past 12 months. Brendan has over 15 years’ experience working in Hotels and Resorts with the last 4 years prior to starting with SSKB as a Resident Unit Manager in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Brendan has a unique understanding and perspective of many issues that bodies corporate encounter due to his time spent as a Resident Unit Manager. Brendan’s portfolio extends from Morayfield to Hamilton Island.
Charlotte Divall
Charlotte Divall is a dedicated professional who strives to provide her portfolio with the highest level of service. With previous experience in property management, Charlotte has been with SSKB since 2008 and was appointed General Manager GC and NSW in 2017. Charlotte leads an energetic and professional team and has worked with large and complex portfolios. She works closely with her committees in achieving their financial goals and is legislation focused.
Hedley Gaudin
Commencing his career in the property industry in 1993, Hedley has a wealth of experience in property management and Owners Corporation Management. As a licensed estate agent, member of SCA and REIV, Hedley has remained in the industry, working at leading Melbourne Real Estate Agencies and OC companies, before running and selling his own company for 10 years. With a focus on continued professional development in a rapidly changing and evolving industry, Hedley is transitioning to SSKB as the General Manager for the Victorian office.
Support Team
Travis Henry
Travis is the Senior Accountant at SSKB and oversees a team of experienced accounting professionals. He has over 15 years of strata industry experience, specialising in large mixed-use strata schemes and Building Management Statements (BMS). He has worked for leading strata management firms in Queensland.
Travis is a proactive, dedicated individual who thrives on delivering positive outcomes for strata communities. He is consistently recognised by peers as a deliverer of exceptional client service. He enjoys working with committee members to resolve matters in the best interests of the scheme and its owners.
He has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance and also holds a Certificate IV in Strata Management (SCA). In addition to his qualifications, Travis is also an Associate member of CPA Australia. Travis has extensive management experience, gained both within the strata industry and during his time as a trainer and teacher in Japan.

Bonita is the Client Solutions Team Manager working closely with an experienced team of professionals dedicated to assisting you with all enquiries. Bonita ensures all your needs are met efficiently, professionally and with the upmost importance they deserve. Marketing Team
Taylor Seabrook
Taylor is the newest member of the marketing team. Taylor studied a Bachelor in Media and Communications and Public Health at Queensland University of Technology.
She is driven by creativity, innovation and passion for exploring new concepts and ideas. Taylor coordinates, executes, designs, writes and edits digital content for SSKB’s digital marketing campaigns. She creates video and visual content that provides increased depth of both clients and employee communication.
When Taylor isn’t behind the camera lens she is getting her zen on at reformer Pilates.
Abbie Wilson
Abbie has been working with SSKB since 2019 after graduating from the Queensland University of Technology.
Abbie studied a bachelor of business and majored in Marketing.
Abbie spends the majority of her work day writing articles to help provide knowledge to lot owners and committees on all areas of strata living.
Outside of work Abbie enjoys taking day trips around Brisbane and the Sunshine coast.
Emma Smith
Emma smith is the Marketing Coordinator at SSKB. Emma oversees the marketing team and is responsible for making the digital aspects of our clients lives easier. Emma studied Business at the Queensland University of Technology and majored in Marketing and Management.
In Emma’s spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and learning new and innovative marketing techniques.
