This means that your Body Corporate correspondence, including meeting notices and your levy notices will go directly to your email address only, and there will not be an additional notice sent to a mailing address as contained on the Body Corporate Roll records. Future levy notices and Body Corporate documentation, including any correspondence will be issued to your email address only.
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of all your Body Corporate communications, please ensure you add “SSKB” to your “Safe Senders List” and that your email details are kept up to date with the Body Corporate via SSKB. Please note that you may also have an arrangement where your levy notices are sent separately to your agent via email, this will not change.
Where Owners have already indicated their preferred mailing address to be by email only, this will not be affected. Similarly, if an Owner has advised in writing that their preferred mailing option for all communication and levies is by post, this will also not be affected.
