This means that your Body Corporate correspondence, including meeting notices and your levy notices will go directly to your email address only, and there will not be an additional notice sent to a mailing address as contained on the Body Corporate Roll records. Future levy notices and Body Corporate documentation, including any correspondence will be issued to your email address only.

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of all your Body Corporate communications, please ensure you add “SSKB” to your “Safe Senders List” and that your email details are kept up to date with the Body Corporate via SSKB. Please note that you may also have an arrangement where your levy notices are sent separately to your agent via email, this will not change.

Where Owners have already indicated their preferred mailing address to be by email only, this will not be affected. Similarly, if an Owner has advised in writing that their preferred mailing option for all communication and levies is by post, this will also not be affected.

If you have any further enquiries regarding this change, please contact our office.

Benefits of going Digital

With the postal delivery no longer being as fast as it used to be, going digital means receiving contribution notices within minutes of issue – not up to a week later.

Managing Agents

Your notices will continue to be sent to an agent if this has been advised. Should they have an email address on file the levy/fee notices will be sent via email.

Address for Service

If you give your email address to the Body Corporate as part of your address for service, you are consenting to receiving all documents from the Body Corporate by email.

If you have previously given your email address to the Body Corporate, this email address will be your address for service.

If the address for service changes, the lot owner must give the Body Corporate their new address in writing. There must be 1 address for service, even if there are 2 or more lot owners.

Paperless delivery of notices is safe and secure. You can help reduce the risk of identity fraud by reducing the number of mail items coming into unsecured mailboxes which can be a target for theft – only you have access to your e-mail account.

Put an end to lost paperwork! Reduce the anxiety of lost or missing notifications by going digital. You can access your levy/fee notices time and again from your e-mail account.

In addition, you can also securely log into your SSKB APP/Portal and check all your details and your account history.

Nothing could be easier than making the switch to paperless. All you have to do is fill in the above form to confirm your details and your email address, and you’re done!

Going paperless simply makes sense: you can receive your levy/fee notice direct and conveniently to your email inbox and you’ll never miss an important notice relating to your community when you access email across all your mobile devices.

Reducing the amount of paper used is great for the environment. Recycling just one tonne of paper saves 13 trees, 5 barrels of oil, 4,100 kwh of electricity, 4m3 of landfill and 31,780 litres of water.
