Secretarial Duties

  • Keeping of the Books and Records of the Body Corporate.
  • Keeping of the Common Seal.
  • Maintenance of the Assets Register.
  • Maintenance of other Registers as required.
  • Maintenance of the Improvements to Common Property Register.
  • Other Registers as required under the (relevant State / Territory) Act.
  • Attend to Insurance Aid General Brokers Claims

Treasurer Duties

  • Issuance of Levy and Maintenance Notices.
  • Payment of Accounts.
  • Banking of monies received
  • Preparation of all Certificates as required under the (relevant State or Territory) Act.
  • Keeping of Books of Accounts and Statements of Accounts referred to in the Act.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements each year and obtaining Audit Certificates if required.


SSKB can also perform a range of other agreed services such as preparation of financial reports; convening of additional meetings and obtaining professional advices for bodies corporate as required.
