I have lived at Royal Pines Resort for nearly eight years now. During that time I have served on Village bodies corporate and recently on the Principal Body Corporate for approximately two years.
Anne Clark joined Stewart Silver King and Burns at a time when there were multiple problems with Royal Pines Resort from the Community Manager point of view. She has systematically waded through these various items which required expert attention and has produced a harmonious working relationship with all personnel with whom she has to work. She has the ability to conscientiously sort out and attend to all matters which fall within her domain and can be commended on her dedication to her job.
Telephone calls are answered promptly and urgent matters are attended to as quickly as possible. Preparation of minutes and agendas for upcoming meetings are competently accomplished and done in good time.
It is always a pleasure to talk to Anne Clark and she carries out her job as a Community Manager with a great deal of expertise and enthusiasm.

It gives me great pleasure to testify to the ability of Anne Clark as community manager with Stewart Silver King and Burns.
I have lived at the Royal Pines Resort since May 1995 and in this time have served on several body corporate committees plus been Chair of the Principal Body Corporate for a period of 3 years, I am currently also the Chair of the Bell Park Body Corporate. In this time we have been represented by SSKB and had various body corporate managers and I can honestly state that Anne is the best manager I have worked with.
Anne is very diligent and responds to all telephone calls in a prompt manner and is very thorough in the way she approaches the various and often difficult tasks that confront her. She also prepares agendas and minutes in a prompt manner and works well with other committee members and lot owners whom from time to time she has to interact with.
I have noticed that in the last 6 months SSKB have improved there service levels greatly which I can only put down to Anne who also receives great back up from the SSKB management team.

I have been asked by Anne Clark, a community manager with Stewart Silver King and Burns (SSKB) to provide this reference with respect to her role as body corporate manager for the various Royal Pines Bodies Corporate that SSKB manage.
SSKB appointed Anne to manage the Royal Pines portfolio as part of a stated intention to improve their service to the Royal Pines Bodies Corporate and they appear to have achieved their objective. As a solicitor who does a lot of body corporate work, I interact with many body corporate managers and Anne is among the better ones I have worked with.
It is my observation that Anne approaches her duties with significant diligence and expertise. She is very prompt in the manner in which she responds to the telephone calls and emails and is very thorough in the manner in which she approaches the various tasks assigned to her. She prepares agendas and minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
She demonstrates significant interest in the issues which need to be dealt with and, as far as I have been able to observe, enjoys an excellent personal relationship with the various committee members and lot owners with which she needs to interact.
While she remains in her present position, I think it likely that Stewart Silver King and Burns will capably meet the needs of the Royal Pines Bodies Corporate with respect to body corporate management issues.

As an owner of a lot at the Manors and at other properties, I have had dealings with numerous community managers, building managers and other professionals in the property industry over the years.
During the past 6 or so months that Dee has been our Community Manager, I have been very impressed by the professionalism that Dee has brought to the position. Dee is always organised, courteous and quick to respond to any query.
The Manors is a large 101 lot community and Dee's professionalism combined with very capable building managers makes being the chairman and a committee member for our body corporate a rewarding experience.

I am an ordinary committee member of The Manors Body Corporate Committee CTS 24653.
I would like to express my appreciation for the efforts of Derlin Van Tienen in her position as Body Corporate Manager for The Manors CTS 24653. Dee (as she prefers to be known) has brought a great deal of coordination, professionalism and knowledge to the role, in taking a very active stance in managing the Body Corporate Committee and Resident Manager.
Each member of the Body Corporate Committee was presented with a Stewart Silver and King (SSKB) folder with each section labeled, e.g. contracts, body corporate meeting minutes etc. So there is no excuse now to leave anything behind for the meetings!
Every action is meticulously documented into an action list so that every member or manager has an action and target date assigned. This is helping to not only improve the response to actions but to also motivate each member to perform their assigned tasks. This has resulted in a more efficient Body Corporate Committee.
Dee follows up every SSKB action immediately and forwards everyone with the relevant request for a decision or further information.

Through a number of associated entities within the Spaceframe Group, we have been using Stewart Silver King and Burns, and in particular, Derlin Van Tienen, to manage the bodies corporate for our larger developments and I have nothing but wonderful, positive things to say about Dee. I am on the committee for a number of our bodies corporate and in some cases I am the President. I work very closely with Dee in my capacity as President.
Dee manages each body corporate in an incredibly professional manner. She is always at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries and to coordinate meetings or resolve issues. She is constantly following up on matters which are of concern to the committee and actions everything punctually and without fuss. If she doesn't know the answer to a query she will certainly find out for you.
Her ability to handle difficult situations is also very commendable, which is an asset in the management of any body corporate.
