Living in Strata is an initiative by SSKB to create free, complete, up-to-date and reliable online information on everything relating to Strata.

At SSKB we have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to body corporate and strata management. We want to make it easy to share that knowledge and let others share theirs.
Living in Strata has been created to meet the needs of lot owners and industry stakeholders looking for up-to-date strata information published handbooks can't meet (due to changing laws they become almost redundant upon publishing).
To create Living in Strata we have used a technology called wiki which lets any internet reader create, update, edit, and illustrate any article on the website. We all share our pieces of knowledge, edit them, refine them, and assemble them into a pleasing and organised whole. The more people that use the edit link, the better Living in Strata becomes.
SSKB has used their resources and expertise to create this site and seed the initial information, now it is up to the users to take control...
