Consumer Affairs Victoria release Guide to Owners Corporations

The Victorian Government have recently published "Owning, managing and living in a unit or apartment:  Guide to owners corporations".  This expansive 60 page booklet is responding to the new Owners Corporation Act that came into being on 31 December 2007.
