SSKB Community Compass

SSKB has developed and implementing a series of management plans and processes called "Community COMPASS ©".

Community COMPASS © is a systematic and process oriented approach supported by checklists, templates, agendas, manuals and scripts that was developed using SSKB's in-house team of fully qualified lawyers, accountants, engineers and educators (trained teachers).  The basis for the model was initially established after consulting SSKB's own community managers who have a extensive experience in managing bodies corporate.
