Team

The success of our team is built on their experiences, training and a wide range of occupational expertise with real estate, banking, telecommunication and customer service training.

With a wide range of experience both from within the industry and in other business and corporate environments our Community Managers have a combined total of 57 years Body Corporate experience.

Our in-house training on-going and extensive with weekly industry specific training is held by Howard Stewart, with many years as a highly regarded industry consultant. We are also fortunate in that many of the larger legal and accounting firms are keen to offer additional training resources.

We use and support the BC Max software, and are considered the industry leaders in software utilisation. All of our team participate in the SSKB  seminar series that will continue again in 2008, both in organisation capacity and as presenters.

The guiding principal in our management philosophy is quality communications where transparency, accuracy and thorough preparation play a major part.

Our Queensland teams:

Gold Coast - led by Judy Carter, General Manager.
Currently with 226 buildings, we have 10 Community Managers and 6 Personal Assistants.

Brisbane - led by Kellie Pratt, General Manager.
Currently with 121 buildings, we have 5 Community Managers and 4 Personal Assistants.

Sunshine Coast - led by John Atkinson, General Manager.
Currently with 103 buildings, we have 4 Community Managers and 3 Personal Assistants.
