The amount and frequency of the contributions required to run a body corporate are decided by all owners at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Contributions are set according to the lot entitlement that attaches to each lot.

Every body corporate has a Community Management Statement which outlines the entitlement of each lot.  The AGM will set a rate of contribution per unit of lot entitlement based on the budget. Each lot's share is the rate multiplied by the amount of lot entitlements.
