Chevron Renaissance (715 lots) - Raptis

This flagship and multi-award winning Raptis project is located in Surfers Paradise on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Its 715 lots consists of a mix of 3 residential towers, above one basement, with commercial office and retail outlets including a shopping centre, in between. This complex scheme required experienced and skillful consulting by the SSKB Development Division team, to help achieve its great success. Interestingly, this project was heavily marketed to the UAE region of the world, and its design and finish reflect this target market.


Festival Towers (400 lots) - Devine Ltd

Is the site of the former Festival Hall, a well-known Brisbane music venue, which was purchased by Devine Limited. Devine is well-known for its intelligently designed and high-quality unit product. The 440 units are near completion and the building will include and area of commercial and retail on the ground floor, taking advantage of its CBD location. Devine and SSKB have a long and successful history together, supplying large unit towers of this nature.


River Place (314 lots) - Devine Ltd

Is another Devine Limited unit tower, located on the Brisbane River in the CBD. This 5-star development was one of Brisbane’s largest when completed and still remains one of the show-pieces of the Brisbane skyline. Focusing on residential use only, this well placed building has magnificent views right across Brisbane and is a highly sought-after investment property aimed at the long and short term rental market.

LAND SUBDIVISIONS


Coomera Waters (1600 lots) - Austcorp

A multi-award winning community titled land subdivision is expected to be home to approximately 5000 residents when completed. Developed by Austcorp, this community provides predominantly low density residential homes, some medium density product and commercial uses, with a marina. The level of landscaping in this development is exceptional, far in excess of council-funded standards. Security is also provided 24/7. The high-standard of community facilities are useful and very welcoming to all residents in this layered scheme.


Calypso Bay (1400 lots) – Roche Group

The former owners of Nutri-metics, Bill and Imelda Roche, have created an exceptional waterfront development in Jacobs Well in Queensland. This is a mixed-use development, providing low, medium and high residential product, as well as commercial office and retail space, totaling approximately 1400 lots. It has a 300-berth marina, its own tavern, church, childcare centre, golf course and helipad! It’s a boaties and fishers heaven, located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, on southern Moreton Bay. It is estimated to have a completed value of $1 Billion.


Casuarina Beach (1500 lots) – Consolidated Properties

Another award winning development, this time by Consolidated Properties. Casuarina Beach is located near Kingscliff in northern NSW and when complete will be approximately 1500 lots. This seaside development has top-class recreational facilities utilized by Surfing Australia and other international sporting bodies, for training camps.
SSKB was presented with the coveted UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) Consultants Excellence Award for our outstanding work on this project.


Royal Pines (470 lots) – MID Australia

This famous golf course estate was one of the first schemes of its type in Queensland. This development by MID Australia, provides mostly medium density residential product surrounding an amazing golf course. This beautiful course is ranked in the top 20 resort courses in Australia and is the current home of the Australian Ladies Masters Championship.
