 | Tim Sheehan – Chief Executive Officer Tim is Chief Executive Officer of Stewart Silver King and Burns. He was a solicitor practising in strata development, management rights, and body corporate law prior to joining the company. He also spent 18 months working in management rights sales. He has been a regular contributor to industry journals and has assisted various groups involved with community living. He is ideally placed to work with the clients of Stewart Silver King and Burns advising them in all facets of our industry. |
 | Michael Silver – Founder Michael emigrated from England in 1963. There he completed a Technical and Commercial Management Diploma, and worked for an advertising firm as an Account Executive. On his arrival in Australia, Michael began working in Real Estate Sales and Management. He owned and operated several real estate offices on Sydney’s North Shore and in East Sydney, before changing his career direction to Strata Title Management on the advice of his solicitor and moved to Queensland in 1989. Michael Silver and Howard Stewart joined forces in 1995 to create Stewart Silver King and Burns. Michael specialises in knowledge of integrated resorts, large high rises and group title plans. |
 | Priscilla Johnson – Development Division Manager / Senior Consultant Priscilla has been with SSKB for 4 years. She has been in the Body Corporate Industry for over 7 years working with one of the largest body corporate companies in Australia before moving to Stewart Silver King and Burns. Recently Priscilla was nominated for the UDIA women in Developments awards. Her portfolio of developments currently spans from Queensland, New South Wales, to Victoria where she provides expert knowledge to Development Teams in titling options, budgeting, entitlements and the most up-to-date advice on planning and set-up. Priscilla is an integral part of the SSKB due to her all round knowledge of community title systems, functions of a fully managed scheme and operational communities. |
 | Martin Walsh - Community Management Specialist Martin has been recruited from being a Community Manager to the Development Division team to provide his expertise and specialist areas administering building management statements, architectural review committees and design covenants whilst consulting on management rights and lot entitlement reviews. Martin has vast experience in community title management with a strong knowledge of information systems relating to the strata and community titles industry. Martin brings qualifications to the Development Division through his Bachelor of Business and Cert IV in Property Operations. Martin has consulted on various projects in Queensland and New South Wales, including integrated resorts and master plan Community Titles Schemes. |
