 | Tim Sheehan, Director Tim Sheehan has been with Stewart Silver King and Burns since May 2000, initially working with developers to structure new projects and since 2004 he has been a director and chief executive officer. He holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce and prior to joining SSKB Tim spent 5 years as a solicitor practicing in the areas of strata development, management rights and body corporate law. During this time he was a regular contributor to industry journals. He has a certificate IV in body corporate management. Tim is currently the President of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland. Having assisted so many different interest groups involved with community living, he is ideally placed to work with the clients of SSKB, advising them in all facets of our industry. |

| Paul Wood, Director Paul has over 15 years industry experience including community management, management rights, accounting and development. He joined SSKB in 2001 as a body corporate manager with a large portfolio of prestigious Brisbane buildings. Due to Paul's accounting background he was appointed as the Group Financial Officer in 2004, he then opened our Victorian office along with establishing a large management rights operation In September 2007 Paul was appointed as a Director of Stewart Silver King and Burns. Previously Paul held the position of company accountant for a developer, gained valuable experience working for an international chartered accounting firm, as well as owning and operating management rights for over 3 years. |

| Peter Cassels, Chief Operating Officer Peter is responsible for managing all aspects of the SSKB services. Peter has over 15 years experience in commercial and residential property management, specialising in body corporate management, strata, and management and letting rights operations. He holds a full real estate licence in Qld and NSW as well as a NSW strata managing agent licence. Peter is member of the UDIA, CTIQ, NCTI and ISTM. Prior to joining SSKB, Peter was Chief Executive Officer and a partner of a large body corporate management firm operating within Queensland, and after that Peter was the Asset Manager for a publicly listed managements rights company. Peter has extensive hands-on experience in the establishment of Community Titles Schemes on behalf of developers and management rights operators in residential, commercial and resort complexes. He also has broad experience managing staff, ensuring compliance of all governing legislation. |
 | Priscilla Hyde, Developer Consulting Team, Senior Consultant QLD/VIC/NSW Priscilla has been with SSKB for over 6 1/2 years whilst managing the Developer consulting team for over 4 years and in the Body Corporate Industry for over 9 years. Priscilla is a current member of the UDIA Urban Edge Committee fostering young members of the Development Community. To assist and educate new Developers, Priscilla is a speaker at the bi-annual UDIA Property Developers Program in Queensland and Victoria. Priscilla has recently taken a position on the Executive Committee for Sustainable Development Gold Coast to bring community title experience to the group. Priscilla manages a portfolio of developments ranging from mixed high density to master planned communities spanning legislations in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria where she provides expert knowledge to Development Teams in titling options, budgeting, entitlements, utilities, business modeling and the most up-to-date advice on planning and set-up. Priscilla is an integral part of the SSKB due to her wide specialist knowledge of community title systems, functions of a fully managed scheme and operational communities. |
 | Claire Panos, Developer Consulting Team, Consultant Claire joined SSKB over 5 years ago experiencing various roles in the organisation from front line services to community management before finding her niche in the Developer consulting team. Claire coordinates the Developer Consulting Team whilst using her extensive knowledge to consult on staged projects, small schemes, layered schemes and large land subdivisions. Claire provides expert advice to developers on titling structures, budgeting, entitlement calculation, planning and set-up. Currently Claire is furthering her education through a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting which compliments her role. As an active member of the UDIA Urban Edge Committee Claire strives to make a difference. |

| Martin Walsh, Community Management Specialist Martin has been recruited from being a Community Manager to the Developer Consulting Team to provide his expertise and specialist areas administering building management statements, architectural review committees and design covenants whilst consulting on management rights and lot entitlement reviews. Martin has vast experience in community title management with a strong knowledge of information systems relating to the strata and community titles industry. Martin brings qualifications to the Developer consulting team through his Bachelor of Business and Cert IV in Property Operations. Martin has consulted on various projects in Queensland and New South Wales, including integrated resorts and master plan Community Titles Schemes. |
 | Michelle Franklin, Developer Consulting Team, Senior Development Assistant Michelle's vast knowledge of the community management industry comes from her 11 years with SSKB, which included assisting one of the founding partners for 5 years, together with working across varied roles in the organisation including Client Care, Accounts Receivable/ Payable and Community Management. Michelle has now expanded her knowledge to specialise in development. Her Developer Consulting Team role covers consulting on small schemes, advice on budgeting, entitlement calculation and registration establishment responsibilities. Michelle is a valued member of the team, who actively supports the consultants in all aspects of consulting services |
